Offer terms I built on (Carlos: correct anything before Callum shoots)

These are the working terms from the 2026-06-23 internal meeting. The whole pack is written to these. If any of these are wrong, the copy needs a pass before it ships.

Accuracy guardrails honored throughout this pack:

How to read the scripts

Concept 1: the free credentialing trap

Angle: Bait-and-switch expose. Name the thing every switcher has quietly experienced, then flip to a guarantee with money behind it.

Best for: Reddit, Meta feed, IG Reels. Length: ~25s.

HOOK (0-3s)

Full script (spoken VO / to-camera)

  1. (0-3s) "Be honest. How long has your free credentialing actually taken?"
  2. (3-8s) "A lot of practitioners get sold free credentialing, sign up, and then... it just sits there. Months. No payer. No payment coming in."
  3. (8-15s) "Carepatron does it differently. We'll get you credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days, or we put $200 back in your account. Per practitioner."
  4. (15-22s) "Real deadline. Real money behind it. You send the documents on time, we do the rest."
  5. (22-25s) "That's Managed Billing from Carepatron."

On-screen text beats

B-roll / visual

Open on a calendar with weeks getting X'd off and nothing happening. A "pending" status bar that never fills. Cut to the Carepatron Managed Billing dashboard: a clean credentialing tracker with a 60-day countdown and a single named payer ("Your chosen payer"). Close on the $200 credit landing as a line item in the account.

End CTA

Concept 2: put it in writing (the challenge)

Angle: The guarantee stated plainly, as a challenge to the rest of the category. Confident, short, no gimmick. This is the LinkedIn flagship.

Best for: LinkedIn, IG feed. Length: ~20s.

HOOK (0-3s)

Full script (spoken to-camera)

  1. (0-4s) "Everyone says they'll get you credentialed. We put a number on it."
  2. (4-10s) "Carepatron will get you credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days. If we don't, you get $200 back. Per practitioner."
  3. (10-16s) "That's about two months of the service fee, on us. Because a promise without a deadline isn't a promise."
  4. (16-20s) "Managed Billing. Credentialing you can actually count on."

On-screen text beats

B-roll / visual

Single clean studio shot or confident founder/team member to-camera. Minimal. Lower-third card (cream, 6px corners, no stroke) that types out the guarantee as it's spoken. Optional: a literal "60" counting down behind the speaker, then a "$200" stamp.

End CTA

Concept 3: I switched (UGC / switcher testimonial framing)

Angle: Switcher testimonial-style, shot like real UGC (selfie/handheld, not polished). Speaks straight to the frustrated SimplePractice/current-biller user. Frustration narrative, no invented stats.

Best for: Reddit, Meta, IG Reels, TikTok-style. Length: ~30s.

HOOK (0-3s)

Full script (spoken, UGC tone)

  1. (0-4s) "My old service said they'd handle credentialing back in March. Guess what still wasn't done."
  2. (4-11s) "No payer, no claims going out, no money coming in. And every time I asked, it was 'still in process.'"
  3. (11-19s) "When I moved my billing to Carepatron, they actually put a deadline on it. Credentialed with my chosen payer in 60 days, or they credit me $200."
  4. (19-26s) "I sent my documents, they kept it moving, and I finally had a payer I could bill. That was the difference."
  5. (26-30s) "If you're stuck waiting, look at Carepatron Managed Billing."

On-screen text beats

B-roll / visual

Handheld selfie style, real lighting. Cut in screen-recordings of a "pending forever" inbox vs the Carepatron tracker moving. Show the practitioner sending documents (subtle nod to "you do your part") and the payer status flipping to active.

End CTA

Note for Callum

If this is shot with talent rather than a real customer, label it as a dramatization where the platform requires it. Do not present scripted talent as a verified customer review.

Concept 4: the cost of waiting (math / cost-of-delay)

Angle: The math of credentialing delay. Every month uncredentialed is a month you can't bill that payer. Make the cost of "free but slow" concrete without inventing specific dollar figures.

Best for: LinkedIn, Meta, IG feed. Length: ~25s.

HOOK (0-3s)

Full script (VO over kinetic typography)

  1. (0-5s) "Free credentialing isn't free if it never finishes. Every month uncredentialed is a month you can't bill that payer."
  2. (5-12s) "That's claims you can't send. Patients you can't take at network rates. Income sitting on the other side of a finish line nobody's moving toward."
  3. (12-19s) "Carepatron sets the finish line. Credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days, or $200 back per practitioner."
  4. (19-25s) "Put a deadline on your billing. Carepatron Managed Billing."

On-screen text beats

B-roll / visual

Pure kinetic type on cream/purple, brand-clean. A simple animated timeline: month 1, 2, 3, 4... bar stays empty and grey. Then a Carepatron timeline: filled to "credentialed" by day 60, with a clean $200 fallback chip. Keep it data-feel but no fabricated numbers on screen.

End CTA

Organic social captions (8-10 variants)

These double as reply copy Michaela or Callum can use when someone asks about RCM credentialing on social. Mix of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit-comment tones. All single-payer accurate, no invented stats. Do not post until the offer is live.

1. LinkedIn (flagship)

Most billing services will tell you they'll "handle credentialing." Few will put a deadline on it. We will. Carepatron Managed Billing gets you credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days, or you get $200 back per practitioner. You send your documents on time, we do the rest. A promise without a deadline isn't really a promise.

2. LinkedIn (switcher-focused)

If your current biller has had your credentialing "in process" for months, you already know the problem: there's no deadline, so nothing moves. Carepatron puts one in writing. Credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days, or $200 back. That's the whole point of moving your billing to a service that's accountable for the outcome.

3. Instagram (short, punchy)

"Free credentialing" that never finishes isn't free. Carepatron: credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days, or $200 back. A real deadline, with real money behind it.

4. Instagram (benefit-led)

Pick your payer. Send your docs. We get you credentialed in 60 days, or we credit you $200. That's how Managed Billing should work.

5. Reddit-comment tone (helpful, not salesy)

Worth knowing if you're shopping around: Carepatron's managed billing puts an actual guarantee on credentialing. They'll get you credentialed with one specified payer in 60 days, or they credit you $200. It's one payer at a time, not all of them at once, but it's the only one I've seen attach money to a deadline instead of just saying "free."

6. Reddit-comment tone (answering "is credentialing really free anywhere?")

"Free" credentialing is common but the catch is usually time. There's no deadline, so it can sit for months. The Carepatron managed billing version is a paid service, but they guarantee credentialing with your chosen payer in 60 days or they refund you $200. Different trade: you're paying for accountability and a deadline rather than a free promise that may not land.

7. LinkedIn (contrarian hook)

"Free credentialing" is the most expensive thing in this industry. Because the real cost isn't the fee. It's every month you can't bill that payer while it sits unfinished. Carepatron Managed Billing sets a deadline: credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days, or $200 back.

8. Instagram (challenge framing)

We'll put it in writing. Credentialed with your chosen payer in 60 days, or $200 back per practitioner. Ask your current biller if they'll do the same.

9. Reddit-comment tone (scope-honest)

Quick clarification since people assume "guaranteed credentialing" means everyone at once. Carepatron's 60-day guarantee covers one payer you specify, not your whole panel. You also have to get your documents in on time. Within those terms it's a real guarantee with a $200 credit if they miss the deadline, which is more than most services offer.

10. Instagram / general (clean one-liner)

Credentialing with a deadline you can hold us to. 60 days with your chosen payer, or $200 back. Carepatron Managed Billing.

Hook / thumbnail text overlays (6 words each, max)

For the clip backlog and A/B thumbnail testing. Sentence case, high contrast, on-brand.

  1. "Free credentialing... still waiting?"
  2. "Credentialed in 60 days. Guaranteed."
  3. "Or we pay you $200."
  4. "Your biller missed the deadline?"
  5. "We put it in writing."
